Due to the role becoming overcrowded, we are moving to a more structured system to improve RP quality and balance the economy.

What’s changing:

Positions will be limited
Hiring will be handled by management only
All mechanics will operate under one company with multiple locations (franchise system)

For current mechanics:

Your role may be reviewed or adjusted
Some positions may be removed to meet the new limits
Further details will be provided shortly

Current mechanics are NOT to hire or employ anyone until further notice

Going forward:
Mechanic will be treated as a serious, high-value role, with proper structure, progression, and expectations.
